THE ROOT REVEAL
New Client Scalp Consultation (1 hour)
Your starting point for understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.
The Root Reveal is an in depth consultation designed to give Rikki a complete picture of your current scalp and hair health. Using specialized digital microscopic imaging, she takes a closer look at the scalp, roots, buildup, oil production, dryness, irritation, and other visible concerns while documenting a baseline that can be used to track progress over time.
You’ll also review your hair history, current treatments, medications or hormonal changes when relevant, the products you’re currently using, and your at home routine. From there, Rikki can recommend professional products, discuss treatment options, and curate a personalized scalp care plan based on what your scalp actually needs.
Best for: New clients, unexplained hair or scalp changes, thinning, excessive shedding, irritation, buildup, postpartum or hormonal changes, and anyone who simply doesn’t know where to begin.
THE ROOTED RESET
Signature Scalp Treatment (3 hours)
First full treatment or returning after 4+ months.
The Rooted Reset is Rikki’s most comprehensive scalp treatment, designed to give your scalp a true reset while addressing what it needs in the moment. Your appointment begins with an in depth scalp assessment using specialized digital imaging to take a closer look at your roots, buildup, oil production, dryness, irritation, and overall scalp condition.
From there, Rikki customizes the treatment based on what she sees and what you’ve been experiencing. Your service may include advanced scalp exfoliation, clinical deep cleansing, buildup removal, hydration, ozone therapy, professional scalp formulas, customized serums, and personalized product recommendations.
The goal is to remove what may be weighing the scalp down, restore balance, calm irritation, and create a healthier environment for the hair growing from it. Whether you’re dealing with buildup, excess oil, flaking, irritation, shedding, thinning, or simply want to improve your overall scalp health, this is the best place to start.
Additional time is reserved between appointments to allow for documentation, treatment preparation, and personalized care.
THE ROOT REVIVAL
Ongoing Maintenance Treatment (2.5 hours)
Continued care for the progress you’ve already started.
The Root Revival is designed for returning clients who want to maintain their scalp health and continue addressing their individual concerns over time. Each appointment is adjusted based on how your scalp is responding and what it needs at that stage of your care.
Treatments may include targeted cleansing, exfoliation, ozone therapy, professional scalp products, customized serums, continued imaging, and updates to your at home routine. Rikki can also compare your scalp imaging over time to document visible changes and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
Best for: Existing clients ONLY who have visited within the last 1–4 months and are looking to maintain results, manage ongoing scalp concerns, support continued progress, or stay consistent with their personalized scalp care plan.
All Sessions: Include a complimentary blow-dry.
Hair Extensions: Must be removed prior to appointment
